CANCELLATION POLICY

For all Face Works bookings, we require you to provide card details before your booking is confirmed.  No money will be taken off your card at this time.  Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged a $100 fee.  No shows to client consultations will be charged at a $50 fee unless otherwise discussed.

We have the right to refuse your treatment at any time, this could be due to many factors, we will always practice with your best interests at heart.  In the event that we have to cancel your appointment, your card will not be charged.

APPOINTMENT TIME

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your allocated appointment time, so you are ready to be pampered!  We ask if you are running late, that a phone call would be muchly appreciated to discuss your appointment availability.  Cancelation Fees may be applicable if you miss your appointment.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Here at Face Works we love that you want to spoil those that you care so much about in our trusting hands.

Face Works Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and are not redeemable after this time.  Gift Certificates are not redeemable for Cash or non refundable.  The certificate must be present at time of redemption.  Clients who do not show or cancel their treatment within 24 hours, forfeit their gift Certificate.
